AI production pipeline for short-form video숏폼 영상을 위한 AI 제작 파이프라인

From a breaking topic to a scheduled short — one scene at a time.

SceneMotor automates the whole short-form workflow for creators in Korea. It finds the story, checks the facts, writes a 30-second script, builds every scene with visuals, voice and captions, reviews the cut, and gets it ready for YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.

Workflow

A 30-second video is dozens of small decisions.30

Which story, which facts, which words, which frames. SceneMotor turns each of those decisions into a step it can repeat — and check.

  1. 01

    Discover발굴

Ranks candidate topics by real reader reactions — news comments and community posts — and shows whether Korean media has covered them yet.

  2. 02

    Verify검증

Traces each claim to an original source: official results, statements and primary documents. If a claim can't be verified, it stays out of the script.

  3. 03

    Script대본

Writes a 30–35 second script in 14 scenes, with a hook up front, a payoff at the end, and titles sized to fit the template.

  4. 04

    Produce제작

Generates the visuals, narration, captions and sound for every scene, then renders one vertical 1080×1920 master that works on every platform.

  5. 05

    Review검수

Checks every frame and the final cut against platform policy and advertiser-friendly guidelines before anything is queued.

  6. 06

    Publish게시

Writes titles, captions and hashtags for each platform and schedules the upload through our dedicated uploader — YouTube today, TikTok and Instagram next. A person approves before it goes live.
